Taking his Olympic Forest Products' commitment to a new level, Dan Andrews purchased the company from its founder, Mick Karipides, in August 2005. Dan's devotion and excellence in business, as well as his successful track record at Olympic, sets the groundwork for his increased responsibilities to Olympic's employees, customers, and producers. Since he joined Olympic in 1993, Dan has been instrumental in its exponential growth and will capitalize on this momentum to propel Olympic into the next era.

Dan will build upon Olympic's solid foundation of quality products, exceptional customer relations, and solutions-based approach to service. His expertise in strategic logistics, planning, and development is a valuable asset to both current and prospective accounts. His meticulous examination of client requirements leads to insightful cost-saving ideas. Additionally, he investigates new avenues for territory development, bringing new offerings and opportunities to producers and customers.

As President, Dan provides direction and assistance to the Olympic team effort. By promoting a culture of hard work, creative problem solving and responsibility, the Olympic team is empowered and committed to Olympic and our customers' success.

Dan graduated from Baldwin Wallace College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
